Gasgoo Munich- Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co., Ltd. (Xingyu) released a statement on Sept. 7 addressing recent missteps in job transfers and layoffs, according to CCTV News. The document, titled "Report on Recent Errors in Job Transfers and Layoffs and Rectification Measures," announced disciplinary action against four managers, including the general manager.

In the statement, management once again offered a sincere apology to the affected students, their families, and the broader community, confirming the following decisions:
Zhou Xiaoping, the general manager who bears primary responsibility, will have her salary cut for one year. Li Shujun, the deputy general manager with direct responsibility, will have his duties adjusted and his salary cut for six months. Human Resources Director Yu Zhiming has been dismissed (he was previously suspended), while Li Mei, head of the HR department, has been demoted and transferred.
The report also noted that labor authorities in Changzhou, at both city and district levels, moved quickly to provide employment services. These efforts included organizing three recruitment fairs specifically for university graduates and recommending suitable roles for the 107 affected students.
As of 12:00 p.m. on Sept. 7, 71 of the 107 students had already joined new companies, 22 had passed interviews and received offers, and the remaining 14 were interviewing, discussing employment needs, or planning to pursue postgraduate studies.
