At the same time, the Guangzhou Haixinsha All-Space Intelligent Experience Center—also known as Haixinsha Tech Island—launched a joint exploration of low-altitude flight scenarios. Co-built by AEROHT, Guangzhou City Investment Group, and CEPREI under a "1+1+N" model, the initiative marks a critical leap for flying cars from the assembly line to real-world operations, officially inaugurating the "Guangzhou model" for the low-altitude economy.

Five "Land Aircraft Carrier" units rolled off the line and joined the test flights. The move validates XPENG AEROHT's capacity for large-scale manufacturing in the flying car sector, signaling that low-altitude mobility products are transitioning from R&D verification to the preparatory stage for commercial mass production.

Spanning roughly 120,000 square meters, the AEROHT mass-production factory is the world's first facility to use modern assembly lines for batch-producing flying cars. At full capacity, it can roll out one aircraft every 30 minutes. By pioneering the introduction of automotive assembly lines to the aviation sector, the facility achieves scalable production, greater efficiency, and consistent quality.

At a dedicated landing pad on Haixinsha Tech Island, the "Land Aircraft Carrier" detached automatically before taking to the skies under pilot control. It circled the experience center, successfully validating manned flight scenarios. This marked the first real-world manned flight verification at the site, positioning Haixinsha Tech Island as a benchmark for low-altitude economy applications.

Haixinsha Tech Island is set to officially launch on New Year's Day 2026. XPENG AEROHT has already moved into the All-Space Intelligent Experience Center as one of the first core tenants in the low-altitude economy sector. Its urban showroom is now open to the public, serving as a primary showcase for educational experiences and a glimpse into the future of low-altitude mobility.

XPENG AEROHT brings end-to-end capabilities in R&D, manufacturing, and flight training to the table, while Guangzhou City Investment Group leverages its site resources and industrial ecosystem for scenario operations and market deployment. Looking ahead, the two partners will use Haixinsha Tech Island as a central platform to deepen collaboration in sales, camp development, and educational research. Together, they aim to build a complete ecosystem integrating "low-altitude products, flight, and scenarios," driving the deep synergy between high-end manufacturing and advanced services.
