The MONA L05, the first large five-seat SUV in XPENG's MONA lineup, hit the market with limited-time promotional prices starting at RMB 139,800. The 5,000 near-production units available for early delivery sold out within three minutes of the model hitting the market, and nationwide deliveries began on November 1. The MONA series has recorded more than 360,000 cumulative deliveries since its market launch two years ago.
XPENG's new technology flagship, the GX, has also maintained a strong position in the large SUV segment priced above RMB 300,000, according to the company. In the Middle East, it has secured nearly 4,000 orders, although local pricing has yet to be announced. The model is expected to hit the market in the region in the next phase, followed by global deliveries.
At the 91st Paris Motor Show in October, XPENG showcased its range of physical AI products and joined Tesla in an official public-road demonstration of advanced driver-assistance technology organized by the event's Autonomous Lab. During the same period, XPENG Chairman and CEO He Xiaopeng became the only Chinese automaker CEO invited to the Paris Automotive Summit. He introduced the "XPENG AI ENGINEERING" solution to an international audience and presented solutions spanning the company's physical AI ecosystem, including humanoid robots, Robotaxis and flying cars.
As of October 31, XPENG's charging network covered more than 430 cities, with over 4,100 company-operated charging stations, including more than 3,600 ultra-fast charging stations. The company said it will continue to pursue full-stack in-house development and expand its global presence, focusing on AI-powered vehicles, Robotaxis, humanoid robots and flying cars as it works to scale the application of physical AI technologies.
