Gasgoo Munich- XPENG announced on April 13 that cumulative deliveries of its MONA M03 have officially surpassed 250,000 units, according to Gasgoo.
Since its initial launch in August 2024, the compact EV has hit this milestone in under 20 months. It is now the fastest-selling single model in XPENG’s lineup and stands as a key benchmark in the 150,000 yuan pure-electric segment.
The acceleration in deliveries is backed by continuous product upgrades. On April 2, the refreshed 2026 MONA M03 hit the market with six variants, priced between 119,800 and 151,800 yuan.

The new model delivers a leap forward in powertrain performance and intelligent driving. The entire lineup now features an 800V high-voltage architecture, slashing fast-charging times from 30% to 80% to between 15 and 26 minutes. The Max trim debuts dual Turing AI chips delivering 1,500 TOPS of computing power, pre-installed with the second-generation VLA intelligent driving architecture to support door-to-door autonomy 2.0.
Thanks to a "more features, same price" strategy, the model racked up over 10,000 firm orders within just 37 minutes of launch. The Max trim accounted for a significant share of those orders, signaling strong consumer demand for high-end intelligent driving features in the 120,000 yuan price bracket.
The MONA M03’s growth trajectory is clearly accelerating. After deliveries began in August 2024, cumulative volume surpassed 200,000 units by last November. In March of this year, XPENG’s monthly deliveries hit 27,415 units—an 80% month-on-month surge—driven largely by the MONA M03 as its sales pillar.
Industry analysts note that the MONA M03’s success validates XPENG’s "accessible technology" strategy. By pushing intelligent driving capabilities down from premium models into the 100,000 to 150,000 yuan mainstream market, the company has not only unlocked new growth but also reshaped consumer expectations in that segment, putting significant pressure on rivals.
As the 2026 model ramps up production, the MONA M03 is poised to target even higher delivery figures this year. At the same time, it is laying a solid foundation of users and market reputation for the upcoming launch of the MONA brand's first SUV.
