Gasgoo Munich-Gasgoo has learned that YOUIBOT and South Korea's COWIN Robotics have officially signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding. The two companies will jointly promote the scaled application of embodied intelligence technology, targeting the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing markets. YOUIBOT Chairman Cody Zhang and COWIN Robotics CEO Choe Hyun Soon signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties.

According to the cooperation plan, the two parties will collaborate on embodied intelligent robots and smart logistics solutions. YOUIBOT will provide standardized products and deployment capabilities based on its "one-brain, multi-form" architecture, while COWIN Robotics will leverage its advantages in system integration, project execution, and localized operations and maintenance within South Korea's high-end manufacturing market. The partnership aims to improve response efficiency from proposal to delivery, building a complete closed loop for material and information flows.
On the international front, YOUIBOT's products have secured multiple international certifications, including CE and SEMI standards. Currently, its business covers more than 30 countries and regions, including China, Japan, South Korea, and Germany, serving over 400 enterprises. Meanwhile, YOUIBOT has established a subsidiary in Tokyo, Japan, and continues to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific market through local partners.
