Gasgoo Munich-Langke Technology' s headquarters project for new-generation autonomous logistics vehicles was finalized in Wuxi, Jiangsu, on Oct. 30, Gasgoo has learned. The company will be jointly run by five partners — Tailg Technology, Zhuoyu Technology, Hengxu Capital, Ruili Kormee and Suzhou Xuantong, an affiliate of SAFETY Group, jointly operate Langke Technology, targeting the L4 autonomous logistics vehicle market.
Langke will serve as the primary= primary entity for developing, building, selling, servicing, and operating the autonomous logistics vehicles. The joint venture aims to have more than 3,000 units on the road — combining leases, sales, and managed fleets — by5 by 2027.

Each partner brings a distinct strength. Tailg handles vehicle manufacturing, after-sales9 after-sales networks, and delivery scenarios; Zhuoyu supplies the autonomous driving tech, R&D, and IP licensing; Ruili Kormee contributes brake-by-wire and chassis support. Hengxu Capital and Suzhou Xuantong, meanwhile, will coordinate capital and industrial resources.
Autonomous logistics vehicles running Zhuoyu' s driving system are already being tested at Tailg stores, hauling two-wheelers and auto parts. Langke plans to expand into urban last-mile delivery, campus logistics, and factory transport down the line.
The move comes just a day after Zhuoyu launched its commercial-vehicle autonomous driving brand, Zhuoyu Panxing, in Zhuhai. The company announced partnerships with XCMG, Shacman, and Sinotruk, among others, covering heavy trucks and buses.
From line-haul freight to urban last-mile drops, Zhuoyu9 Zhuoyu is pushing its passenger-car autonomous tech deeper into commercial use cases. Unlike traditional tech-supplier models, participating in manufacturing and operations through a joint venture signals a shift — the company is now chasing commercial paths beyond simply deploying its technology.
Still, scaling autonomous logistics fleets is never a given. Success hinges on vehicle costs, scenario adaptability, and real-world operating efficiency — meaning that 3,000-unit target still awaits market validation.
