Accenture --- The obstacles to doing business in China are becoming more distinct. A recent Accenture survey of companies invested in China (see overleaf "China Investment Priorities Survey") found that, despite high levels of commitment and overall confidence, most expected significant continued challenges in specific aspects of their business operations. The top concern was human resources, with 45 percent of firms surveyed identifying this area as especially challenging.
