Yangwang, the luxury new energy vehicle (NEV) brand of BYD, officially announced its latest creation, the Yangwang U7.
Positioned as a flagship sedan in the one-million-yuan NEV category, the Yangwang U7 measures 5,265mm long, 1998mm wide, 1517mm tall, with a wheelbase of 3160mm.
According to the automaker's introduction, the Yangwang U7 retains the distinctive design language of the "Time Gate". The front fascia shares a resemblance with the U9 featuring a sharp C-shaped headlight design and powerful contour lines on the hood.
As for the body design, the Yangwang U7 embraces a sleek, coupe-like profile, accentuated by carefully crafted lines that give it a distinctly sporty character.
Moving to the rear, the Yangwang U7 adopts the trendy full-width taillight design, with the brand's logo positioned at the center.
Regarding powertrain, BYD suggests that the U7 will ride on the e⁴ Platform, equipped with a four-motor independent drive system, delivering a power output surpassing a thousand horsepower.
