August, 2021 sales ranking of sedans from China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Hongguang MiNi EV amounted to 41,188 units, up 175 % year on year, the first on August, 2021 sales ranking of sedans from China's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Qin Plus DM amounted to 13,043 units, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 45,649 units. August sales of the MG 5 reached 13,002 units, increasing 498 % year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 71,667 units. (Note: Sales data here includes that of locally-made cars, SUVs and MPVs.)
