Dongfeng Nissan Bluebird and Sunny will phase out

Informed sources said that in the first quarter of this year, Sylphy sales were 11,797 vehicles; the average monthly sales steadily maintained 4,000 vehicles.

Bluebird was the first model of Nissan introduced to China. From 2005, According to Nissan global model re-development changes, Bluebird models in the world stopped all production; Nissan has launched a new model Sylphy to replace the old one.

Sunny, introduced in 2003, will phase out the market at the same time. This was the first model Dongfeng Nissan launched, after TIIDA and Sylphy stand firm in the intermediate market Dongfeng Nissan, took the option to suspend production of Sunny.

After the introduction of Sylphy and Sunny, apart from the SUV market, Dongfeng Nissan products will cover all the segment of market by its current product line, Teana, TIIDA and MPV models Geniss, together with Livina which will debut on the upcoming Shanghai Auto Show. It is said Dongfeng Nissan sales target is 300,000 vehicles.
