BAIC BJEV Nov. sales remain flat MoM
Beijing (Gasgoo)- BAIC Bluepark, the holding company of BAIC BJEV, saw a year-on-year increase in its November sales while production remained low.

In November, BAIC BJEV produced 905 vehicles, 51 vehicles less than October, plummeting 49.5% from the previous year. Overall, during the first eleven months, the cumulative production volume of the company remained lower than a year ago, at 5,400 vehicles, more than halved year on year.
The company’s sales volume remained flat from a month ago at 2,471 vehicles, representing a 29% rise compared to last year. The year-to-date sales volume of BAIC BJEV amounted to 21,929 vehicles by November, dropping 11.85% year on year.
Notably, BAIC Group has been actively transforming to catch up with the intelligent connected tide in the automotive industry.
At the recent Auto Guangzhou 2021, the automaker unveiled its world-first fossil-fuel powered SUV model featuring HUAWEI’s HarmonyOS, the Mofang. In order to match up with the HarmonyOS, the vehicle is implemented with the Kirin 990A chip and the four-core Taishan V120 Lite, Cortex-a55 CPU, Mali-G76 GPU, and 5G connectivity.

Aside from the HUAWEI intelligent cockpit as its main feature, the Mofang is also equipped with a large central control screen and advanced functions, including a 60” AR HUD.
