In February, Li Auto delivered 8,414 Li ONEs, representing a 265.8% jump from a year ago. The cumulative delivery volume of the Li ONE since delivery started amounted to 144,770 vehicles by the end of February.
However, the number dropped 31.42% compared to a month ago, when Li Auto managed to consecutively surpass the 10,000-vehicle mark, at 12,268 vehicles.
“During the Chinese New Year, our users enjoyed range-anxiety-free and pleasant family time, thanks to Li ONE's range extension system that uses battery power for urban commuting and recharges during long-distance traveling. The combination of this system with the full-stack, self-developed NOA as part of Li ONE’s standard configuration creates a safer and more convenient driving experience and offers superior suitability for long-distance family travel,” said Shen Yanan, co-founder and president of Li Auto.
The company explained that the Chinese New Year holiday and scattered COVID cases in Suzhou caused a temporary supply crunch, tolling its production.
Additionally, the company reported that by the end of February, Li Auto holds 220 retail stores in 105 Chinese cities and 279 service centers and Li Auto-authorized body and paint shops in 204 cities.
