Li Auto releases first ESG report
Beijing (Gasgoo)- On April 19th, Li Auto released its first ESG Report (Environmental, Social, and Governance), demonstrating the auto startup’s contribution to the environment and the society in the past year.

According to the report, a Li ONE plug-in hybrid electric vehicle produces 236.1 g of carbon dioxide per kilometer, summing up to 35,415 kg of emission during its full life cycle. To further its determination to the carbon neutrality goal, the automaker plans to launch high-voltage pure-electric vehicle models starting 2023.
New product indicates innovations. In 2021, Li Auto has poured in RMB3.29 billion ($514.13 million) into R&D of next-generation range extension system, high-voltage battery-electric platform, full-stack ADAS, and intelligent cockpit solutions.
Last December, Li Auto successfully completed the OTA3.0 update to its Li ONE users. The update includes its full-stack self-developed NOA and AEB functions, ensuring users a safer onboard experience. By doing so, Li Auto has officially become the third auto brand that holds full-stack NOA R&D capabilities worldwide.
By the end of the year, 1,171 of Li Auto’s patents were authorized, and 494 trademarks were approved.
