Changan Automobile, Desay SV to co-develop domain controllers

Beijing (Gasgoo)- China’s leading auto part supplier Desay SV inked a strategic cooperation agreement with Changan Automobile in the field of domain controller.

Per the agreement, the two companies will work under the premise of building central computer R&D and capability, researching emerging intelligent driving technologies, and sharing resources. 

Leveraging respective advantageous resources, the duo will dive deeply into the domain controller field to build industry-leading central computer products, and promote the R&D and mass production of key components of central computers.  

In addition, Desay SV and Changan Automobile plan to form a joint innovation team and integrate talents, technologies, and resources on each side. The two will work to help facilitate theoretic research of innovative technologies, strengthen patent portfolio, create prototypes, conduct tests and assessments, as well as bring products into mass production. 

Notably, Desay SV has been a crucial strategic partner to Changan Automobile’s intelligent electric vehicle development since 2018. Their cooperation branches out to various fields with multiple products coming to light, such as terminal display in smart cockpit, integrated instrument panel, and the latest SDA electric platform domain controller.
