The implementation of SERES’ NEV upgrade project will vigorously promote the development of Chongqing’s China-branded high-end intelligence connected NEV brands.

The project is built under the guidelines Made in China 2025 standards. The intelligent production base features digital twin technology, and is driven by digitalization and intelligence, combined with big data, IoT, and other new technologies. With upgraded quality control, optimized operation scheme, reasonable overall layout, and high-level digital information management system, the base is built to create a new benchmark for the intelligent manufacturing of China's NEV industry.

Notably, SERES and Huawei’s collaborative auto brand, AITO, has so far achieved eye-catching results. In the past month, the brand delivered 10,045 new vehicles, representing a 38.97% jump compared to the previous month. According to AITO, it was also the first time for the brand to see its monthly deliveries surpass 10,000 units.

In early September, AITO rolled out its first battery-electric model, the M5 EV, marking the third NEV product the brand launched within a year, after the M5 and the M7.
