Continental AG, Harson team up on intelligent roof sunshade field in China

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Continental Automotive Electronics (Jinan) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Continental AG in China, on Oct. 21 signed an agreement with Guangzhou Harson Enterprise Management Services Ltd. ("Harson"), a Chinese automobile repair service provider, to conduct strategic cooperation in the smart roof sunshade field, according to a post on Continental AG's WeChat account.

"Harson is a leading conglomerate in China dedicated to automobile repair service, accessory transaction, and digital service, with an extensive client base and profound market experience. Continental AG features the industry-leading products and controlling application technologies," said Chen Zhongchen, the China region director of Continental AG smart mobility business group's automobile after-sales spare parts and solution business unit.

"Through the partnership, the duo will offer clients in China one-stop services involving such links as market survey, product development, and solution applications, in a bid to boost the development of their automotive aftermarket car refit business", Mr. Chen added.

The agreement recently signed means the cooperation between the two parties has been further expanded and cemented.

Chen also revealed the two companies will develop a professional roof sunshade installment team to serve customers worldwide, so as to boost the development of the intelligent roof sunshade market.

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Guangzhou, Harson has three main business sectors, namely, automobile repair, automotive accessory, and software data services, working on providing integrated digital car repair solutions to owners of mid-/high-end cars and automobile repair service shops in China.
