According to the automaker, the overall design was charged by Lynk & Co's European styling team, with Stefan Rosen, head of Lynk & Co's Swedish styling studio, leading the design team. Based on spy photos taken during winter testing, the new SUV's front is expected to adopt Lynk & Co's signature design, but with some adjustments to the position of the headlights.
With a three-dimensional design, the vehicle body sides adopt pop-out door handles and two-tone multi-spoke wheels. The taillights also feature the family design. In addition, the roof spoiler and the two-piece high-mounted brake lights render modern essence.
The Lynk & Co 08 will be driven by the Lynk E-Motive system, which is a plug-in hybrid system composed of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor. It will offer both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions for customers to choose from.
