Desay SV's 2022 annual revenue surpasses 10 billion yuan

Beijing (Gasgoo)- China’s automotive intelligence solution developer Desay SV saw its annual revenue exceed 10 billion yuan for the first time ever in 2022, according to the financial report released by the company on March 30.

In the past year, Desay SV’s revenue came in at 14.933 billion yuan, jumping 56.1% year on year. Its net profit attributable to shareholders stood at 1.184 billion yuan in the period, representing a 42.14% hike from a year ago.

With 1.663 billion yuan invested, Desay SV has allocated roughly 11.14% of its annual sales volume to R&D alone. 

According to the company, the boost in revenue and profit was partly contributed by the surge in order volume in 2022. Last year, Desay SV received new project orders valuing over 20 billion yuan in total, which hit a record high. 

Particularly, Desay SV’s mainstay business, smart cockpit, brought in more than 10 billion yuan worth of new orders in 2022. Its third-generation high-performance smart cockpit began mass production, and acquired nominated orders from Changan Ford, Geely, BYD, GAC Group, HOZON Auto, etc.  

Meanwhile, Desay SV saw the annual revenue brought by its intelligent driving operations zoom up 83% year on year in 2022, with nearly 8 billion yuan worth of new orders received. Last year, the company’s intelligent driving domain controller product attracted such clients as Changan Auto, ZEEKR, and Great Wall Motor. 

In addition, Desay SV bagged new orders last year for its software and big data-driven Internet services from various renowned automakers, including Porsche, Jaguar Land Rover, FAW-Toyota, SAIC Volkswagen, Audi China, etc.
