SERES launches European tour with SERES 5 model

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On June 17, Chinese automaker SERES Group officially kicked off its inaugural European tour event in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The journey will span 25 days, covering 21 countries including Norway, Germany, Italy, Spain, and France, before returning to its starting point in Amsterdam.

During this extensive 10,000-kilometer trip, SERES Group's flagship new energy vehicle model, the SERES 5, will undergo rigorous tests in areas such as power, performance, safety, range, charging, driving experience, and intelligence.

During the launch ceremony, Zhang Zhengping, SERES Group’s chairman and president on rotation, emphasized that the European tour represents a significant step for SERES in entering the European market and advancing its global expansion strategy.

Following its previous appearance at the Brussels Motor Show, the European tour serves as another major platform for the SERES 5, showcasing its exceptional performance and comfortable driving experience to consumers and media across European countries. The tour will provide valuable real-world driving feedback from different countries, environments, and road conditions. For instance, in Germany, the vehicle's stability during high-speed driving was tested at a speed of 225 km/h on unrestricted roads.

Throughout the tour, SERES Group's design, quality, and overseas sales teams will actively participate, continuously refining the product and elevating its quality standards.

Over the years, SERES has been continuously expanding its presence in overseas markets. With its two brands, SERES and DFSK, SERES Group has exported intelligent electric vehicles to countries in Europe such as Germany, France, the UK, and Italy. It has also established a smart vehicle factory in Indonesia. By 2022, SERES Group has exported nearly 500,000 vehicles to over 70 markets, solidifying its international presence.
