RoboSense, GAC Group ally on new energy intelligent connected vehicle development

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On June 27, Chinese LiDAR solution supplier RoboSense reached a strategic cooperation with GAC Group in the new energy vehicles and intelligent connected vehicle industry chain.

The strategic cooperation between GAC Group and RoboSense represents the deep collaboration between leading companies in the industry chain and specialized innovative enterprises. The two parties have achieved fruitful results through continuous deepening of cooperation in the new energy vehicles and intelligent connected vehicle industry chain.

In July 2021, GAC Group's intelligent electric vehicle brand, AION, announced the application of RoboSense's second-generation intelligent solid-state LiDAR, marking the arrival of the autonomous driving era. In January 2022, AION's flagship model, the AION LX Plus, equipped with three RoboSense second-generation intelligent solid-state LiDARs, officially hit the market. In April of this year, AION's Hyper GT, equipped with the industry-leading RoboSense M-series LiDAR as its core, created a comprehensive high-level intelligent driving system based on multi-sensor fusion perception.

So far, RoboSense has collaborated with more than 20 global automakers and Tier 1 suppliers on over 50 vehicle models. With its leading intelligent LiDAR system technology and intelligent mass production capabilities, it has continuously supported top-tier automakers such as GAC Group in achieving commercialization of all-scenario intelligent driving capabilities.
