Dongfeng Motor launches electric vehicle brand NAMMI

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On August 23, the global launch ceremony of Dongfeng Motor's new pure-electric vehicle brand, NAMMI, was held in Chengdu.

At the event, the brand's exclusive platform, Quantum Architecture 3.0, introduced its inaugural model, the NAMMI 01.

The brand logo, "NAMMI," was also revealed. As a brand built around its users, "M" (Me) is embedded within "NAMI", reflecting the brand's user-centric philosophy and its commitment to collaboratively shaping a better future with its users.

Driven by the pursuit of excellence, the unveiling also showcased the official launch of the Dongfeng Quantum Architecture 3.0 platform, the cornerstone of Dongfeng's technological advancements. This proprietary pure-electric architecture boasts four distinct advantages, namely "Ultimate Space, Ultimate Safety, Ultimate Energy Efficiency, and Ultimate Intelligence."

The Quantum Architecture 3.0 platform prioritizes spaciousness, featuring a short front and rear overhang design for optimal space utilization without compromising safety. Safety is further ensured by a high-quality vehicle body construction and advanced collision performance. The platform's innovative Mach-E "ten-in-one" electric drive system achieves remarkable energy efficiency with a low energy consumption of 11 kWh per 100 kilometers.

Additionally, the platform integrates advanced chips and algorithms to provide intelligent control in aspects like the cabin, driving, temperature, and power management.

Furthermore, the Quantum Architecture 3.0 platform boasts three exceptional technological reserves, including hub motors based on the same principles as those used in luxury models, solid-state batteries that are under pilot operations, and mature, mass-producible super-fast charging technology.
