The CKD assembly paves the path for Great Wall Motor to establish a stronger local presence, fostering mutual development. Embracing the "Ecosystem Expansion Overseas" philosophy through localized production, this initiative aims to enhance competitiveness in the Malaysian market, offering a broader range of vehicle choices for Malaysian consumers.
As per the strategic cooperation accord, EPMB will locally assemble electric vehicles from Great Wall Motor along with multiple SUV models, driving Malaysia's automotive industry forward and creating more employment opportunities.

The automaker’s cumulative overseas sales have exceeded 1.4 million units so far. Meanwhile, it has achieved an annual global sales surpassing one million units for eight consecutive years.
