Dongfeng Motor inks MoU with BNP Paribas

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 5, Zhang Zutong, Dongfeng Motor Corporation's Vice President, met with Vincent Sussfeld, CEO of Global Business Lines of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, at Dongfeng Motor’s headquarters. The meeting aimed to discuss open cooperation on overseas financial support, culminating in the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU).

During the meeting, Dongfeng Motor outlined its overseas business plan and key objectives for 2024, while BNP Paribas presented its business plan and product overview. Both parties expressed their commitment to delineate the scope and regions of cooperation further. They aim to leverage their respective strengths in financial services and product manufacturing to propel Dongfeng's independent brands into broader overseas markets.

Zhang Zutong emphasized the significance of BNP Paribas, a leading international financial group in Europe, in expanding Dongfeng's overseas business. He expressed hopes for fruitful cooperation in exploring opportunities in the financial sector to create competitive financial products, contributing to the exponential growth of Dongfeng's overseas ventures.

Vincent Sussfeld highlighted BNP Paribas' global leadership in personal finance and automotive insurance services, offering mature and customized financial services to Dongfeng Motor. He expressed eagerness for close collaboration to drive high-quality development in Dongfeng's overseas ventures.

Prior to the meeting, Vincent Sussfeld and his team visited Mengshi Automobile Technology, VOYAH, and the Dongfeng headquarters exhibition hall to gain insights into Dongfeng Motor's development journey and its latest technological achievements.
