Dongfeng Motor partners with Sinotrans for global business expansion

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Wuhan Dongfeng Motor Industry Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. recently signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Chinese logistics giant Sinotrans in Shenzhen.

Both parties will leverage their respective advantages to expand cooperation in various fields such as international supply chain, comprehensive logistics, and digitalization. This collaboration aims to promote complementary strengths and enhance their international business presence.

Sinotrans boasts expertise in international operations, resource integration, and global supply chain capabilities, making the partnership conducive to introducing China-made vehicles into overseas markets. Starting with overseas spare parts warehouses, the collaboration will explore global market expansions for Dongfeng Motor's passenger and commercial vehicles and components. Sinotrans will provide comprehensive logistics services for Dongfeng in international supply chain operations, digitalization, and supply chain finance.

Taking the European spare parts warehouse as a gateway, both parties will gradually expand into regions such as Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia. This strategic move aims to enhance the effectiveness of overseas market development and improve the synergy of the supply chain going global.
