DEEPAL delivers 27,862 vehicles in Oct. 2024

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On November 1, DEEPAL, the new energy vehicle brand under Changan Automobile, announced its October deliveries totaled 27,862 vehicles. In the first ten months of this year, DEEPAL's cumulative deliveries reached 171,281 vehicles.

In October, DEEPAL's vehicle orders also hit a monthly high of 36,277 units across the brand's five models: SL03, S07, G318, L07, and the latest S05.

The DEEPAL S05, officially hit the market on October 20 with a starting price of 119,900 yuan, began large-scale deliveries at the same time. The S05 recorded over 10,000 units of orders within its first 10 days on the market.

The S05 features DEEPAL's "Interstellar Wing" design, with a closed front grille, prominent double waistlines, hidden door handles, aerodynamic wheels, and a full-width rear light bar.

Inside, the DEEPAL S05 boasts DEEPAL's adaptive smart headlights, supporting entertainment options like outdoor KTV, stargazing cinema, and projection gaming with a 120-inch display and two 25W external speakers. Other features include dynamic lighting welcome sequences and intelligent ambient lighting.

Powertrain options for the DEEPAL S05 include a fully electric and a range-extended variant. The range-extended model offers 4.35L/100km fuel efficiency, a 200km battery-powered range, and a 1,234km combined range (CLTC). The fully electric version, equipped with CATL's battery, provides a 510km range (CLTC), supports 3C fast charging, and offers 6kW external power output, with both options delivering a peak torque of 320 Nm.
