FAW Jiefang launches 'SPRINT2030' global strategy, aims to sell 330,000 vehicles in 2025

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 12, FAW Jiefang (FAW Trucks), the commercial vehicle arm of FAW Group, opened its 2025 Global Partner+ Conference in Qingdao, unveiling its "SPRINT2030" global strategy.

During the conference, FAW Jiefang outlined its roadmap for future marketing efforts and development. The company plans to achieve annual sales of 330,000 vehicles in 2025 (+27% YoY), including 80,000 units in overseas markets and 46,000 new energy vehicles (NEVs).

As the global commercial vehicle industry accelerates its transformation, FAW Jiefang is seizing opportunities to expand its global footprint. The "SPRINT2030" strategy sets ambitious goals for 2030, targeting annual global vehicle sales of 500,000 units, with 180,000 units from overseas markets, accounting for 36% of the total.   

In November 2024, FAW Jiefang sold 15,622 vehicles, representing a 14.97% drop year-on-year. In the first eleven months of this year, the truck maker's cumulative sales amounted to 226,854 vehicles, which slightly dipped 0.41% from a year ago.
