Geely, ACEF co-launch biodiversity conservation initiative

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 26, Geely Auto Group, in collaboration with the All-China Environment Federation (ACEF), launched the "Initiative to Promote Biodiversity Conservation", calling for greater public and corporate involvement in protecting biodiversity.

The initiative emphasizes three key actions:  

1. Harnessing digital and intelligent technologies: Geely advocates for innovative technological applications to bolster biodiversity conservation efforts.  

2. Embedding biodiversity into corporate social responsibility: Companies are encouraged to adopt green supply chain management, reduce industrial emissions, and transition to low-carbon operations to minimize environmental impacts.  

3. Raising public and youth awareness: The initiative promotes ecological education, sustainable lifestyles, and public participation mechanisms to increase awareness and involvement in biodiversity protection.  

In alignment with this initiative, Geely plans to leverage its proprietary technologies, including the Xingrui Intelligent Computing Center, Xingrui AI large model, and integrated satellite systems, to support biodiversity research and protection. Additionally, Geely’s intelligent new energy vehicles will provide technical and mobility solutions for conservation efforts.  

Geely also intends to engage its nationwide user base in biodiversity education and interactive experiences, fostering greater public participation in ecological conservation. This collaborative effort aims to build a harmonious future where humans and nature coexist sustainably.
