XPENG's March deliveries surge 268% YoY to 33,205 units
Beijing (Gasgoo)- In March 2025, Chinese new energy vehicle maker XPENG delivered 33,205 vehicles, marking a 268% year-on-year increase and surpassing 30,000 monthly deliveries for the fifth consecutive month, the company announced on the first day of April.

The XPENG MONA M03 maintained monthly deliveries of over 15,000 units for the fourth straight month, while cumulative deliveries of the XPENG P7+ exceeded 40,000 units within four months of market launch. In the first quarter of 2025, XPENG's deliveries totaled 94,008 units, up 331% year-on-year and 2.7% quarter-on-quarter, refreshing its delivery record.
Notably, on March 31, the 100,000th-unit XPENG MONA M03 rolled off the production line in just 216 days.
At its spring launch event on March 13, XPENG introduced the 2025 XPENG G6 and G9, featuring AI-driven 5C ultra-fast charging batteries and Turing AI-assisted smart driving. Both models saw strong initial demand, with the G6 securing over 5,000 units of fixed-orders within seven minutes and the G9 surpassing 3,000 units in 45 minutes. Nationwide deliveries of both models began in March.
