BAIC Group inks agreement with China’s veteran IT firm Inspur
Beijing (Gasgoo)- BAIC Group entered into a strategic agreement with China's leading cloud computing service provider, Inspur, to realize digitalization among the auto group.

The agreement specified that Inspur would assist BAIC Group in perfecting its digital management system, enhancing the foundation of digitalization, and upgrading the carmaker's scenario application capabilities.
Founded in the 1940s, Inspur group is one of China's oldest IT service developers, covering four main aspects, namely cloud data center, cloud services and big data, smart city, and intelligent enterprises. The group has expanded its service to governments and enterprises in more than 100 countries and regions, with R&D bases in America, Japan and branches in 26 countries.

The IT giant has joint ventures with global giants, including Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, LG, Ericsson, and Diebold Nixdorf. Inspur has also established a strategic partnership with major IT players like Intel, SAP, VMWARE, NIVIDIA, REDHAT, and more.
In addition, BAIC Group is making an effort to secure a place in the increasingly fierce vehicle intelligence and connectivity field. In the past month, the carmaker has further cemented its cooperation with named ICT company, HUAWEI in R&D and marketing, as their co-developed high-end EV, the ARCFOX αS ·HI is contracted to be sold in offline HUAWEI stores.
