According to local authorities, the demonstration base in Lanzhou New District, consists of 16 kilometers of open city roads and is completely up to the standard of corresponding government-issued regulations.

NavInfo took part in the construction process of the project. The company’s involvement includes collecting and manufacturing city open road test data, offering high-precision maps, and locating services. NavInfo and Cennavi will provide a data foundation for the base’s road management and real-time monitor through their rich data elements and fast lane-level locating capabilities.

As for dynamic data sources generated by roadside equipment, high-precision positioning equipment, and vehicle passage equipment, the companies can use edge computing, cloud computing, big data, lane GIS engine technologies on the new generation road management platform to achieve dynamic asset management, lane-level road network monitoring, precise emergency rescue and simulation decision services, and other functions.

The companies’ services are able to support government enterprises and industries to achieve more elaborated road management effects.
