Intelligent driving startup MINIEYE closes D2 financing round
Beijing (Gasgoo)- On February 21st, China’s automotive intelligence solution provider, MINIEYE, announced the completion of its D2 financing round, raising hundreds of millions of yuan.

Investors of this round include CDB National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrade Fund, Unicom China Capital, existing shareholder OFC, and others.
Notably, the CDB Fund was set up by State Council-approved National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrade Fund, with RMB50.1 billion of scale.
The funds raised in the D2 round will be put toward reinforcing MINIEYE’s leading position in intelligent driving commercialization and accelerating its R&D process for advanced autonomous driving solutions. In addition, MINIEYE just completed its D1 investment round in July 2021.
Founded in 2013, MINIEYE is devoted to developing and producing perception, planning and control, and locating technologies. The company currently has three main product lines on the market, the L0 to L2 ADAS product, iSafety, L2+ and L2++ intelligent NOP product, iPilot, and an intelligent cockpit perception and interaction product, iCabin.
MINIEYE holds nearly one hundred mass-production orders from more than forty automakers, including FAW Group, Geely, SAIC Motor, BYD, Dongfeng Motor, and others. The company is also a partner with HUAWEI in intelligent driving solutions. Their co-developed L2++ solution has been deployed to two automakers.
By MINIEYE’s calculation, the average annual production volume of the company’s intelligent driving products amounted to over 400,000 sets.
