The two companies aim to build an advanced intelligent driving computing platform with massive computing power for high-level autonomous driving system applications. The partners will also co-develop domain controller and full-stack intelligent and crewless solutions for passenger vehicles under designated scenarios domestically.
ECO is one of the earlier suppliers of L4 auto-grade domain controllers in China. The company has independently developed rapid prototyping application and development toolchains for SOC and MCU heterogeneous designs. Its autonomous driving domain controller (ADCU) has already realized mass production and is widely deployed into various scenarios, including logistics delivery, transportation, street cleaning, mining, and intelligent engineering machinery.
ECO has over a decade of experience in the automotive electronic control system field. Since it forayed into the autonomous driving field in 2018, the company has successively introduced an array of computing platform products for different scenarios and demands.
Specifically, ECO was able to build autonomous driving domain controller products based on NVIDIA Xavier and Infineon MCU. The products are implemented on Meituan’s fully autonomous delivery vehicles, Yutong’s self-driving buses, DeepBlue’s crewless street cleaning vehicles, and SANY Group’s unmanned mining vehicles.
