The Shenzhen-based autonomous and ADAS service provider is a member of China’s standard-setting committee of DMS (driver monitoring system) performance and test methods. Autocruis has successfully developed IMS (in-cabin monitoring system) products based on Ambarella’s CV2X SoCs. The products were delivered to commercial and passenger vehicle clients on a large scale.
On top of the standard fatigue, attention, line of sight detection, and action recognition functions, Autocruis’ IMS products are able to provide extended personalized functions, such as identity, status, hand gesture, posture, emotion, and in-cabin item verification.
With Ambarella’s strong CVflow® architecture and ISP paving the way, Autocruis’ in-cabin perception system is able to achieve a 98% accurate core functionality under all scenarios, 96% comprehensive functionality while maintaining a system delay of under 100ms.
With each’s advantages and resources in the industry, Ambarella and Autocruis will further explore the potential of each’s technology, products, and solutions in the AI vision field. The partners aim to build industry-leading solutions for DMS and intelligent cockpit perception.
Additionally, Ambarella will continue digging into the 5nm chips technologies and introducing an iterative and richer product lineup.
