China's intelligent driving startup iMotion completes C+ round, eyes IPO

Beijing (Gasgoo)- China’s intelligent driving startup iMotion has received over a hundred million RMB in its C+ round of financing, led by iFlytek and China Merchant Group’s startup funds.

According to iMotion, it has raised hundreds of millions of RMB in its Series C and Series C+ investment rounds. The funds will help the startup optimize its supply chain, further its mass production progress, strengthen its core technologies, develop new-generation products, and form a top-notch autonomous driving team. 

Currently, iMotion has realized large-scaled production of L2 and L2++ solutions and launched its new-generation drive/park integrated intelligent driving solution. The company has successfully deployed an L4 in-park logistics solution, forming a comprehensive product layout consisting of high-speed L2, urban NOA, low-speed parking, low-speed closed-area driverless L4, and all-scenario 360° panorama view intelligent driving. 

According to the CEO of iMotion, Song Yang, the company is working on expanding its market share while enhancing its algorithms and platform capabilities. iMotion is striving to explore more commercialization opportunities in the intelligent vehicle field.

Notably, the intelligent driving startup disclosed that the company is aiming for an IPO in the STAR Market in the near future. iMotion will kick off its Pre-IPO financing round soon.
