The joint venture, named Anhui Baoyou Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., will be dedicated to passenger vehicle-oriented ultrasonic radar development, helping the duo share resources to consolidate each’s competitiveness in the automotive intelligence field.

The current intelligent driving industry holds tremendous potential in terms of development and market size, which attracts fierce competition. As one of the costliest territories that requires high R&D investment, massive resources, and rapid product/technology iteration, it is hard for companies to grasp a solid foothold in the field. With a large number of participants, coming up with repetitive products is also inevitable, especially in the ultrasonic radar sub-sector, the necessary component of intelligent driving systems.

With Baolong’s 25 years of expertise in marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and management, the company has established ample technological and customer accumulation. UDAS’s profound knowledge, and unique advantages in ultrasonic radars development will help Baolong perfect its intelligent driving technology portfolio.
