Ecotron’s domain controller-powered Robosweeper delivered to WeRide

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On May 30th, autonomous driving domain controller supplier Ecotron announced that 50 Yutong Bus-made Robosweepers, which were powered by the supplier's domain controllers, were delivered to WeRide.

The 50 units of battery-electric self-driving street cleaning vehicles are expected for road tests on the open roads of the entire Nansha district, Guangzhou city in May. The Robosweepers are equipped with Ecotron’s EAXVA04 domain controller, making up an important part of the vehicles’ autonomous driving functions.

The EAXVA04 is built on NVIDIA’s Xavier and Infineon’s TC297. The product is mainly used for integration processing, route planning, and decision control of visual perception and multi-sensors. The product is also in charge of some gateway functions, meeting the demand for low-speed L4 fully autonomous driving applications.  

The EAXVA04 is Ecotron’s mature and mass-produced autonomous driving domain controller that has passed automotive tests. The product has been deployed onto a vast number of vehicles from Yutong Bus, Meituan, DeepBlue Technology, and SANY Intelligent Mining. 

Ecotron is a devoted company in the electronic control field. It has established three R&D bases and a manufacturing base. Up to now, the company has produced over 100,000 units of autonomous driving domain controllers, vehicle control units for new energy vehicles, and gateway controllers.
