Desay SV breaks ground on Phase II of Huinan Industrial Park

Beijing (Gasgoo)- China’s major auto part supplier Desay SV broke ground on Phase II of its intelligent connected project in Huinan Industrial Park in southern Huizhou city, Guangdong Province.

Huinan Industrial Park is positioned as a comprehensive industrial park building on the newest concepts, including an intelligent connected R&D center, smart factory, stereoscopic warehouses, a national-level experiment center, and China’s first self-build intelligent driving test field. The park takes up 220,000 square meters of land with 500,000 square meters area of structure. The construction of the project started in 2018 with Phase I completed and gradually put to work in 2021. 

Phase II of the project involves the construction of 80,700 square meters of workshops, consisting of stereoscopic warehouses for electronic materials, storage for raw materials, SIP 10,000-grade environment workshop, 30,000-grade environment workshop for SMT and assembly, environment workshop for screen fitting and camera assembly, and power facility areas. 

Being a digitalized intelligent factory, the workshops will adopt several measures to realize efficient and automated production. Desay SV intends to use elevators and automatic guided vehicles to distribute materials from storage to station, compressing operation time while optimizing production site utilization. 

Moreover, Desay SV will also introduce multiple green technologies into the project in an effort to achieve carbon neutrality.
