Description
MAXIPILOT®2.0 is an intelligent navigate driving assistance system developed by MAXIEYE, which can meet L0-L2++ functions. It can support NOM and intelligent driving-parking integration solution.

Based on self-developed full-stack technology chain of deep learning perception algorithm, data fusion and planning control, the system can support point-to-point mobility.
First, the system is connected with high-precision map, and uses SLAM technology. By using FPP integrated path planning technology, and making full use of various information of the surrounding environment, the system makes comprehensive judgement with priority of navigation, lane line, traffic flow, railing, guardrail and roadside information. This effectively reduces the takeover rate, and improves the system fluency.
Second, in order to improve accuracy of perception and reduce the impact of accidental failures, the system adopts double redundancy design for target information.
Third, the system has the advantage of autonomous long-distance forward vision ability, which can help the parking system to achieve positioning and improve agility (parking at a faster speed).
Fourth, the system supports OTA online upgrade technology and shadow mode, providing users with data-driven innovative closed-loop of technology, product and service.

More extreme product experience. Based on the accumulation of engineering mass production and large-scale data verification, when faced with a variety of complex scenes (such as: tunnel, curve, complex lane lines, extreme cut-in, etc.), it can bring users the ultimate driving experience; In the case of parking, the advantages of autonomous long-distance forward vision can help the parking system to achieve positioning and improve agility (parking at a faster speed).

Flexible and customized solutions. Based on the full stack capability, MAXIPILOT®2.0 offers users different driving style options that match different driving strategies, from efficiency first mode to comfort mode, etc.
Self-developed of intelligent driving core technology with full-stack. MAXIEYE has independently mastered the full-stack core technology of intelligent driving from perception to planning control. The image-level original truth value and generalization scene understanding brought by full-stack self- developed will greatly reduce the error superposition caused by cross-platform research and development between perception and control. It will enable customers to achieve customized product development, and will bring consumers more extreme product experience.
Leading AI vision algorithm. Based on the self-developed MAXI-NET deep learning network model, the constantly iterated algorithm, and the time stream and video stream, MAXIEYE achieved a huge leap from real-time perception to perception prediction. In addition, a 4D vision system is built to achieve high-precision ranging and speed measurement with an average accuracy error of less than 5% (the industry average is 10%).
Data-driven. Based on rich real traffic data accumulated in past mass production, MAXIEYE achieved the relatively industry-leading deep learning algorithm and the advantages of scene landing. And based on OTA online transmission technology, MAXIEYE joins hands with customers to further expand the road database resources, and will accelerate product updates iteration with data-driven. Meanwhile, MAXIEYE will bring OTA software upgrades and other after-sales supports for users.
Strong ability of embedded software development. MAXIEYE can maximize the use of chip computing power resources, and can achieve fast migration between different computing power platform chip, so as to support costs reduction by design without performance sacrifice.

Prospect
In 2021, the number of passenger vehicles with insurance and equipped with L2 functions reached to 4,766,500, which achieved a growth of 57.2% from last year. At the same time, the industry has partly achieved mass production of L2 ADAS. Now, the industry is looking forward to breakthrough of intelligent driving above L2. The industry believes that products with functions of NOM and driving-parking integration solution will be the mainstream solution of intelligent driving in the next few years.
