MAXIEYE to provide GAC Trumpchi with L2++ integrated driving/parking solution

Beijing (Gasgoo)- China’s intelligent driving solution provider MAXIEYE announced on September 26 that it has landed a mass production procurement order from the major automaker, GAC Trumpchi.

The project from Trumpchi is for L2++ driving/parking integrated intelligent product and solution based on a single TDA4 computing platform. Notably, MAXIEYE has previously secured another mass production order from the automaker for its L2 full-speed cruise system. The new order this time will come to realization via the second-generation system product based on the MAXIPILOT® full-stack technology platform. 

MAXIPILOT®2.0 is an intelligent navigate driving assistance system, which can meet L0-L2++ functions. It supports NOM and intelligent integrated driving/parking solution. Based on MAXIEYE’s self-developed full-stack technology chain of deep learning perception algorithm, data fusion and planning control, the system realizes point-to-point mobility.

Earlier in August, MAXIEYE announced the completion of its C1 strategic financing round. The round was joined by active players in the automotive chip industry, including Inno Chip, Cedarlake Capital, and Axera. The company said then the proceeds would be put towards the R&D of high-level intelligent driving technologies and supply chain reserve for mass production of L2 passenger vehicles or above .
