The companies jointly launched an ecosystem platform for intelligent cockpit at the conference. Based on their respective products and advantages, the two sides will promote the application of driving/parking integration and build a chip AliOS version baseline.
Leveraging Banma’s AliOS Cyber and SemiDrive’s X9 intelligent cockpit chip, the duo will take the lead in building the industry's first full-stack integrated solution, which can allow cabin, driving, and parking scenarios to share the same set of chips, sensors, and domain controllers. The duo expects to solution to not only improve performance, but also support the software algorithm iteration of OTA function, which can help automakers realize software and hardware decoupling with improved R&D efficiency. The solution is expected to realize mass production in 2024.
Banma and SemiDrive initiated their cooperation in 2020, in order to better serve automakers and Tier1 suppliers in the automotive industry. The two sides will jointly create a chip AliOS version of baseline, build an ecosystem for operating system chips, which will also be the first co-construction baseline for both China-made chips and automotive operating system.
