Geely Auto’s first 6V5R NOA system-powered vehicle rolls off line
Beijing (Gasgoo)- Geely Auto saw the first user-delivery vehicle armed with its 6V5R (six cameras and five millimeter-wave radars) NOA system roll off the production line, insiders told Gasgoo on December 14.

Geely mentioned the 6V5R Intelligent Driving System (NOA) back at its 2021 annual fianncial results launch meeting at the end of March 2022. According to the statement at the time, Geely will provide 1,800 passenger vehicles to provide shuttle services at the Asian Games
Hangzhou 2022, and the vehicles ill be equipped with the 6V5R intelligent driving system (NOA).
Later in May this year, according to relevant reports, during the Hangzhou Asian Games, Geely Holding Group's Geely, Lynk & Co, ZEEKR, Geometry, Volvo brands will all deployed multiple vehicle models to support the Game’s shuttle service, but no specific information about the 6V5R NOA system was mentioned at the time.
According to the auto group’s plan, the 6V5R NOA system will be applied and installed on the latest products under the Geely, Lynk & Co, and Geometry brands in the second half of this year to achieve NOA navigation assistance and OTA functions. The vehicle rolling off the production line this time means that the automaker’s 6V5R NOA system has made substantial progress.
Moreover, Geely also revealed that in the second half of 2023, it will introduce a 10V5R1L system, which consists of 4 additional lateral cameras and one LiDAR unit, to improve the vehicles’ comfort and safety, and realize the cross-floor valet parking function.
