China’s automotive software developer Megatronix closes D1 financing round
Beijing (Gasgoo)- Beijing-based automotive software developer Megatronix announced on February 13 the completion of Series D1 financing round.

The fresh round was led by M31 Capital, El Camino Capital, and Nanshan Capital, while also attracting investments from existing shareholders, THE Capital and Redpoint China Ventures. According to Megatronix, proceeds from the D1 round will be put towards the R&D, mass production, and applications of smart new-generation A1-driven automotive components.
Founded in 2018, Megatronix is committed to be a supplier of intelligent and connected automotive parts driven by the Internet mindset and artificial intelligence technology. By virtue of years of accumulations in the Internet and automotive industry, Megatronix has successfully launched auto-grade distributed intelligent operating system SmartMega® OS+ and software development infrastructure component SmartMega® Core.
Megatronix’s main team members boast degrees from Tsinghua University, Fudan University, and other famous institutes and first-class computer science departments around the world.
