Black Sesame Technologies, Cao Cao Mobility ally on advanced intelligent driving tech commercialization

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 29, Black Sesame Technologies and Geely-backed Cao Cao Mobility signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the commercialization of advanced intelligent driving technology.

Under the agreement, the two parties will jointly build a commercialized operation solution for advanced intelligent driving based on Black Sesame's A1000 series automotive-grade high-performance autonomous driving computing chips, with the goal of widespread application and large-scale factory-assembled application in 2025.

Cao Cao Mobility represents Geely Holding’s strategic investment deployment, which innovatively applies the world's leading Internet, V2X, autonomous driving technology, and new energy vehicle technology to the field of ride sharing. In recent years, Cao Cao Mobility has actively integrated the upstream, midstream, and downstream of the autonomous driving industry to form a set of open commercial operation system, so as to provide standardized commercial operation capability for various intelligent driving enterprises at a lower cost.

On the other hand, Black Sesame Technologies focuses on high-tech R&D of high-performance computing chips and platforms, supporting the rapid industrialization of solutions related to the autonomous driving industry chain. Its A1000 chip is the first high-performance autonomous driving computing chip based on self-developed core IP in China, and the first single-chip platform that supports the integrated driving and parking domain controller in China. The A1000 series chips have attracted nominated orders from more than 15 automakers so far. More models equipped with the A1000 series chips will be released one after another.
