Haomo.ai launches autonomous driving large model, DriveGPT

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Great Wall Motor-backed autonomous driving solution developer Haomo.ai released its new DriveGPT, a large model for autonomous driving, at the eighth HAOMO AI DAY event on April 11.

This innovative new model is set to reshape the development of intelligent automotive technology in China, said the company. By introducing driving data to establish RLHF (human feedback reinforcement learning) technology, DriveGPT continuously optimizes the cognitive decision-making model of autonomous driving, focusing on solving current cognitive decision-making issues with the ultimate goal of achieving end-to-end autonomous driving.

Haomo.ai DriveGPT has opened up its cooperation with the first batch of limited partners, including schools and companies such as Beijing Jiaotong University’s School of Computer and Information Technology, Qualcomm, Volcano Engine, Huawei Cloud, JD Technology, NavInfo, WEY, and Intel. 

The company's first mass-produced Navigation on HPilot (NOH) product, which does not rely on HD maps, will soon be applied in cities such as Beijing, Baoding, and Shanghai, among others at first. Furthermore, the first vehicle model to be powered by Haomo.ai's HPilot 3.0 intelligent driving system, the new WEY Mocca DHT-PHEV, will soon be available on the market, which is also the first vehicle to feature the DriveGPT model.

Moreover, Haomo.ai has continued to lead in the development of China's autonomous driving industry by achieving a major breakthrough in its passenger vehicle “6P cooperation strategy”. The company has already signed nomination supply contracts with three major automakers, and relevant projects are currently underway.

Up to now, Haomo.ai's HPilot system has already been installed onto nearly 20 models. The company’s users have helped it achieve an HPilot intelligent driving distance exceeding 40 million kilometers. Additionally, HPilot-equipped vehicles have been exported to regions and countries such as the European Union and Israel, and the company plans to launch its products in markets such as the Middle East, South Africa, and Australia. HPilot will also usher in a dedicated version for Mexico and Russia markets.
