The strategic investors were expected to receive an aggregate shareholding equivalent to around 5.6% of the enlarged issued share capital of ZEEKR.

Notably, ZEEKR announced it would collaborate with Mobileye, Intel-owned self-driving tech company, to expand their strategic technology partnership with a goal to deliver the world’s first consumer autonomous vehicles with L4 capabilities by 2024.
