Chinese C-V2X solution developer HIKAILINK closes Series A financing round

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Zhejiang HIKAILINK Technology Co., Ltd. (“HIKAILINK”), a Chinese C-V2X solution developer, recently announced the completion of its Series A financing round, which raised for the company several hundreds of millions of yuan.

The funding was led by Dongfeng Asset Management, a Chinese state-owned fund, CRRC’s capital, Guangzhou SFund, and Hangzhou Yuhang Transportation Investment Group. This strategic financing comes after HIKAILINK received significant investments of nearly 100 million yuan from China Merchants Capital and CCCC Fund in March 2021.

The proceeds from this financing round will be utilized to further develop and iterate HIKAILINK's multi-sensing fusion technology, C-V2X technology, and trusted data technology. By leveraging technological innovation and commercialization practices, HIKAILINK aims to continue leading the commercial deployment of collaborative digital transportation solutions.

Established in October 2019, HIKAILINK is a provider of intelligent road products and solutions, focusing on next-generation transportation information infrastructure for autonomous driving and smart transportation. With a core focus on IoT, big data, and artificial intelligence technologies, HIKAILINK offers comprehensive smart transportation products, technologies, integrated solutions, and information services to governments and operational entities.

HIKAILINK currently holds 32 patents and 83 software copyrights, and actively participates in the development of industry standards.
