As a smart driving solution that seamlessly blends high-speed intelligence and parking assistance, Apollo Highway Driving Pro draws upon the L4 autonomous driving technology, incorporating the Apollo OS, software framework, and advanced perception models.

Leveraging the invaluable data from over 60 million kilometers of autonomous driving tests powered by Baidu Apollo, the company has successfully built a comprehensive database encompassing diverse city landscapes, various seasons, and different timeframes, covering the vast majority of irregular obstacles. Being the sole provider in China with proprietary autonomous driving technology and high-precision map, Baidu has tailored the Apollo Highway Driving Pro to be optimally compatible with its specialized HD maps, enabling real-time route corrections for vehicles.

With this robust database as its foundation, Apollo Highway Driving Pro boasts an exceptional obstacle recognition and navigation prowess, ensuring smooth and stable performance. Achieving a remarkable autonomous lane-changing success rate of over 99% and an astonishingly low takeover rate of less than one human intervention per hundred kilometers, the system excels in various ramp scenarios with a success rate exceeding 95%, said Baidu.

Equipped with Baidu's intelligent Apollo Highway Driving Pro, the new VOYAH FREE extends the brand's performance legacy with its intelligent driving capabilities now span over 30 major driving scenarios. It achieves point-to-point autonomous driving excellence, both on highways and urban ring roads, elevating the VOYAH driving experience to new heights.
