OTA solution provider ABUP nabs nearly 100 million yuan in new financing round

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 18, ABUP, a provider of automotive intelligent software technology products and Over-the-Air (OTA) innovation in China, revealed a recent financing round with nearly 100 million yuan raised, exclusively led by Qiming Venture Partners.

The funding injection aims to steer ABUP towards two pivotal directions, expanding its global footprint by internationalizing the company’s intelligent automotive industry technologies and applications while simultaneously diversifying its product line to construct a comprehensive product ecosystem.

This funding round also marks ABUP's third consecutive financing round so far this year, accumulating an investment exceeding 100 million yuan.

Recognized for its stability and security, ABUP's OTA products and services have gained a foothold in the market. The company continuously innovates by broadening its product range and ecosystem, offering software technologies and services catering to the complete lifecycle management of vehicles.

The focal points encompass three aspects, namely, standardized software products (covering FOTA, DOTA, VSP management platform, and A box diagnostics), comprehensive services targeting software-related services for vehicle manufacturers (including testing, operational, and consultancy services), and content ecosystem building.

With an extensive track record of serving over 40 automakers and supporting more than 100 vehicle models, ABUP provides services for traditional, new energy, joint venture, and foreign auto brands.
