ADAS solution provider Voyager Technology closes Series B+ financing

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Shanghai-based ADAS solution provider Voyager Technology recently announced the completion of its Series B+ financing round, which raised over 100 million yuan.

The financing was led by BOCOM Capital and Royalsea Capital, with participation from Huitongda and Suzhou High-speed Rail Xincheng Private Equity Fund. The funds raised will primarily be used for Voyager Technology’s technology R&D, as well as business expansion to overseas markets, aiming to continuously optimize product performance, enhance market competitiveness, and meet the growing global demand for intelligent driving and intelligent cockpit solutions. 

Established in November 2013, Voyager Technology is a global high-tech intelligent driving company, focusing on areas such as environmental perception, intelligent decision-making, and control execution. It is committed to the R&D and mass production of intelligent driving technology, with over 70% of its workforce dedicated to R&D.

Since 2023, the company has been leveraging its sensing technology advantages, gradually expanding its core business from intelligent driving to intelligent cockpits. It has introduced in-vehicle intelligent display products such as Smart Lighting and Head-Up Display, which, combined with ADAS systems, provide drivers with a safer human-machine interaction experience.

Currently, Voyager Technology has established three core business segments, including VT-CAM intelligent perception series, VT-Pilot intelligent driving series, and VT-Cockpit intelligent cabin series, offering customized solutions and technical support for automakers such as FAW Group, Geely, Changan, Great Wall Motor, Chery, and HOZON Auto.

Notably, Voyager Technology has been strategically expanding into overseas markets for over a decade. Its overseas layout is mainly divided into three regions, namely, Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe and the Americas. The company has collaborated with well-known automakers such as Toyota, Volkswagen, and KG Mobility.
