INCHTEK deploys inHSM security firmware on SemiDrive's E3 series chip
Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 13, automotive-grade chip supplier SemiDrive and automotive cybersecurity solution developer INCHTEK announced the deployment and release of INCHTEK's inHSM security firmware on SemiDrive's automotive-grade MCU products, E3119F8 and E3118F4.
This collaboration addresses critical information security needs for domain controller applications, offering seamless AUTOSAR integration to reduce development complexity and costs while enhancing efficiency and reliability.

SemiDrive's E3 series high-performance automotive-grade MCUs, launched in 2022, have gained widespread market recognition for their exceptional performance and security features, with shipments exceeding one million units so far.
The latest models, E3119F8 and E3118F4, introduced in 2024, target applications such as body domain controllers, regional controllers, LiDAR, all-in-one front-view machines, and battery management. These products feature ARM Cortex R5F CPUs, with up to two independent 400MHz high-performance cores and security cores operating at up to 200MHz.
